Why did TIC become Torchbyte?
This change was made to express the major evolution of our business. Our services outgrew our name, so we came up with a new one. TIC Hosting was started as a small hosting service made for our close friends, but it quickly expanded thanks to their recommendations. In the past two years we have evolved from using one server rented from another provider to fully mantaining 10+ of our own bare metal servers. In this journey we gathered so much experience that we felt TIC Hosting simply wasn't us anymore.
Payment methods
Automatically via Paysafecard, PayPal and Card. For anything else you can open a support ticket.
How long does delivery take?
Dedicated servers can take up to a week for delivery, depending on available stock. Anything else is usually delivered within a few minutes.
What is your uptime?
Our monthly uptime is usually greater than 99.95%.
Do you offer DDoS protection?
DDoS protection is offered by default with all services. You can find more details about it on the "DDoS Protection" page.
Why can't I pay using PayPal?
If you can't chose PayPal during checkout, you can create a free account on our client area, add funds there and use your funds to pay the order.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in NXDATA-1, a Tier III Data Center from Bucharest, Romania.
